The Inturnship

Situation:

During the summer of 2020, students and recent graduates were getting their internships and job offers rescinded due to COVID-19. The graduating class of 2020 was about to enter the industry, and for some, the first opportunity to start their professional career was taken away.

Solution:

The Inturnship was founded as a new type of internship program, one that is entirely focused on what the intern needs for their career growth.

The Inturnship functions like a virtual creative agency founded to provide emerging junior talent with the skills, experience, and mentorship needed to excel in the industry.
